أيام قليلة فقط تفصلنا عن إطلاق مايكروسوفت لنظام تشغيلها الجديد "ويندوز 10" و االذي يمثل تحولا جذريا في سياسة الشركة لأول مرة، من جهته قدم المدير التنفيذي لمايكروسوفت "ساتيا نديلا" توضيحات أكثر تفصيلا حول الموضوع.

و كما هو معلوم فإن نظام ويندوز 10 مبرمج لإطلاقه رسميا في 29 يوليو الجاري كمرحلة أولى قبل تعميم التحديث المجاني على باقي المستخدمين الذين يمتلكون نسخ قانونية من نظامي ويندوز7 و ويندوز 8.1، و في هذا الإطار قدم المدير التنفيذي لمايكروسوفت ساتيا نديلا توضيحاته بشأن مجانية النظام الجديد.

ساتيا نديلا أشار في تصريحه للموقع المتخصص Zdnet أن الهدف من مجانية ويندوز 10 هو تحسين موقع مايكروسوفت في سوق الأجهزة المحمولة خصوصا و أن نظام ويندوز فون لا يحقق سوى 3 في المئة من حصة سوق المحمول في العالم، و سيساعد على ذلك كون ويندوز 10 سيكون متوافقا مع جميع المنصات و بالتالي بتطبيقات عالمية موحدة بالإضافة إلى عودة قائمة البداية التي غابت عن ويندوز 8.

و بهذا فإن مايكروسوفت تريد لمجانية ويندوز 10 أن تكون سببا في عودة الشركة بقوة في عالم أنظمة المحمول حيث ستكون أشبه برافعة ستجعل من ويندوز 10 على الهواتف الذكية منافسا قويا خصوصا بالنسبة لأندرويد و iOS.
